I’m a Tennessee native, born and raised in Brentwood, who now calls Livingston, Louisiana
home. My love for beautiful, well-made things—and the stories they carry—eventually became
The Gilded Sparrow.

I opened my first retail location in January 2017, creating a space filled with thoughtfully
collected vintage and antique pieces. As life and the business evolved, I downsized in 2024 and
moved The Gilded Sparrow into a shared space inside a local antique store. It was a wonderful
chapter, but ultimately it led me to where I am today: bringing The Gilded Sparrow completely
online.
Moving online has given me the opportunity to expand beyond the walls of a traditional shop and
curate an even broader collection of things I truly love. Along with vintage and antique pieces
for the home, I now seek out vintage clothing made from beautiful natural fibers like cotton,
linen, wool, silk, and cashmere, as well as high-end vintage handbags and leather goods
chosen for their quality, craftsmanship, and timeless style.
I have also developed a particular love for giving pre-loved Coach bags and leather goods a
second life. I carefully clean, condition, and restore the leather whenever possible, allowing the
character and craftsmanship of these older pieces to shine again rather than seeing something
beautifully made simply discarded.
At the heart of The Gilded Sparrow is a simple belief: beautiful things deserve to be collected,
cared for, and carried forward.
Whether it’s a beautifully made wool sweater, a worn-in leather bag, or a vintage piece for the
home, I look for things with quality, character, and a story still left to tell.
