Beautiful vintage French Soledor green glass preserving/canning jar with its original-style wire bail clamp closure and glass lid. The rich green glass has wonderful character, including bubbles, surface variations, and the naturally aged appearance collectors love in old European glass.

The lid is embossed “Soledor,” and the base is marked 1L, indicating approximately one-liter capacity. The jar body is plain without an embossed front logo.
